Different Types of Valuations
A brief report in respect of value only which can be used for a variety of purposes including mortgage security, cash purchases, taxation, probate and family issues. We will point out any urgent or significant issues. This report is typically around 2/3 pages long.
An RICS Condition Report is an in-depth visual inspection and survey of the property. Our report provides an expert account of the property’s condition and highlights any problems in clear and easy to understand ‘traffic light’ ratings. This report can be anything up to 30 pages long.
This does not include a Valuation element, but can upon request.
